On August 24, the Shanghai International Business Law Research Association held its re-election conference and the seminar on Dispute Resolution in Cross-Border E-Commerce at SASS, with over 70 members from various units in the fields of international business law theory and practice attending the meeting.
Yao Jianlong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute of Law at SASS attended the meeting and pointed out that the Shanghai International Business Law Research Association is an important platform for strengthening research on foreign-related legal theory and cutting-edge practices. The Institute of Law will continue to support the Association and contribute ideas for improving the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics.
At the seminar, experts and scholars in the field of international business law engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as Aligning with International Trade Rules”, Cross-Border E-Commerce ODR, Dispute Resolution in Cross-Border E-Commerce Related Foreign Commercial Matters, and Building a Theoretical System for Foreign-Related Rule of Law.
