On May 30-31, the 2024 China-US Relations and Strategic Stability Forum, jointly organized by SASS and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences (AAAS), was successfully held at SASS. Vice President of SASS Gan Chunhui and Professor Steven E. Miller, Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and Director of the International Security Program at Harvard Kennedy School, delivered welcome remarks.
The forum focused on three main topics: "New Developments in China-US Bilateral Relations", "Opportunities and Challenges for China-US Strategic Stability", and "Prospects for China-US Relations". In-depth discussions were conducted on these themes during the event.
