On October 13, the delegation led by Walter Baluja García, Minister of Higher Education of Cuba, visited SASS. Quan Heng, Secretary of the CPC SASS Committee, met with the Cuban guests.
The participating guests also included Mileidy Aquirre Díaz, Consul General of Cuba in Shanghai, Maria Victoria Villavicencio, Director of the International Department of the Ministry of Higher Education of Cuba, Dionisio Zaldivar Silva, Vice President of Universidad de La Habana (UH), Cheng Fucai, Director of SASS Office of International Cooperation, Li Wei, Director of SASS Graduate School, and Li Yihai, Secretary General of SASS TTF.
