On July 19, the 14th China Democratic League Culture Forum, themed “Tracing to the Source: Cultural Inheritance and Development”, co-hosted by SASS and the Central Committee of China Democratic League, was held at the Small Auditorium of SASS. The participants included Chen Qun, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of China Democratic League, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Committee of the China Democratic League, Wu Weishan, Deputy Secretary-General of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of China Democratic League and Curator of the National Art Museum of China, Quan Heng, Secretary of the CPC SASS Committee, Wen Huajun, Executive Deputy Director of the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of China Democratic League, Yao Zhuoyun, Full-time Vice Chairman of Shanghai Committee of the China Democratic League, and Fei Jian, Secretary-General of Shanghai Municipal Committee of the China Democratic League. The opening ceremony was chaired by Ding Guanghong, Full-time Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Committee of the China Democratic League.
