On September 23, 2022, the 4th High-level Symposium on “Big Data and Business Environment” and Series Salon on “Post-epidemic Urban Activation Observation” of Urban Activation Research Institute (Public Account) were held in SASS. Centering on the theme of “Cultural Tourism Metaverse: Scenario Implementation and Ecological Establishment”, attendees exchanged views and discussed about urban activation, metaverse, digital cultural tourism and other topics.
Shan Dongming, Deputy Director of Informatization Promotion Department of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Shen Kaiyan, Director of SASS Institute of Economics, Ren Yibiao, Secretary General of Shanghai Cultural and Creative Industry Promotion Association, and Li Genguo, Secretary General of Shanghai Big Data Alliance and Director of Shanghai Supercomputer Center, were invited to deliver speeches. This Symposium was chaired by Tang Yiwen, Deputy Director of SASS Institute of Economics.
