Recently, jointly hosted by SASS, China Development Institute and Binhai Research Institute in Tianjin, the 17th Shanghai-Tianjin-Shenzhen Tri-city Forum, with focus on the theme of Peak Carbon Dioxide Emissions, Carbon Neutrality and Sustainable Urban Development, was held in Binhai New Area, Tianjin. More than 200 experts and scholars from Tianjin, Shenzhen and Shanghai attended. Yang Maorong (Deputy Secretary-General of Tianjin Municipal People's Government and Mayor of Binhai New Area) and Wang Zhen (Vice President of SASS) delivered speeches, respectively.
